Small tomato - 1 (finely chopped)
Red chili powder - 1 tsp

oil - 3 tsp
salt to taste
cilantro for garnishing

Ingredients to grind

cloves of garlic - 2
ginger - 1 inch piece
cilantro - chopped

Dry roast coconut little bit and grind all above ingredients to make a fine paste by adding little water.

Procedure

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, pinch of asafoetida and curry leaves. Let them crackle. Add chopped onion and saute till onion becomes translucent.
