Savory semolina muffins
For making 8 muffins Ingredients 1 cup semolina 3/4 cup yogurt 1/4 cup chopped carrots 1/4 cup frozen green peas 1/4 ...
- Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F and grease the muffin tray.
- Take semolina in a mixing bowl. Add yogurt, carrots, green peas, spinach, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, black pepper, oil, and salt to taste. Add little water and mix well.
- Finally add baking powder. Pour mixture in a muffin tray and sprinkle some grated paneer on top. Bake the muffins for about 20-25 minutes. Let them cool down. Serve with tomato ketchup or any chutney.
