Ingredients
Apple - 1
Milk - 1 and half cup
Sugar - 4 tsp (adjust as per your taste)
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Nutmeg powder - 1/8 tsp
Procedure
- Peel the apple and cut into small pieces. Add chopped apple, milk, and sugar in a blender. Blend till mixture turns frothy.
- Add in cardamom powder and nutmeg powder. Mix well and keep in a refrigerator at least for half hour. Sprinkle some cardamom powder on top and serve chilled.

ReplyDeleteI make it often but never add the spices to it. I just make it so thick for my daughter to have it like apple sauce for snack. The spices must add extra flavor. Will give it a shot.
