Sprouted Moong Vada
Serving for - 2 Ingredients Moong sprouts - 1 cup Onion - 1 (finely chopped) Red chili powder - 1 tsp Turmeric powder ...
- Grind moong sprouts coarsely by adding little water. Take this paste in a mixing bowl. Add all above ingredients to it and mix well. Take a spoonful mixture on palm and flatten in little bit. Drop into hot oil and fry nicely till it gets nice brown color. Serve hot with any chutney or ketchup.
