Tofu Spinach Paratha
For making 5 tofu paratha Ingredients 1 cup wheat flour 3/4 cup crumbled tofu 1/2 cup chopped spinach 1 tbsp yogurt ...
1/2 tsp coriander powder
- Take wheat flour in a mixing bowl. Add all above ingredients and knead a soft dough by adding little water at a time. Apply few drops of oil on a dough and cover it. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Make 5 equal sized balls and roll them like a thick chapati. Roast paratha from both sides by applying ghee / oil. Serve hot with pickle or any chutney.
