Cabbage Paratha
For making 4 cabbage paratha Ingredients 1 cup wheat flour 1/2 cup shredded cabbage 1 small onion - finely chopped 2 ts...
2 tsp yogurt
- Take wheat flour in a mixing bowl. Add all above ingredients and knead a soft dough by adding little water at a time. Apply few drops of oil on a dough and cover it. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Make 4 equal sized balls and roll them like a thick chapati. Roast paratha from both sides by applying ghee / oil. Serve hot with pickle or any chutney.
