Samosa Chat

Ingredients

Chickpeas/ chana curry - 1/2 cup (I made chat with black chickpeas curry.)

Yogurt - 3 tbsp (Add pinch of salt and beat nicely)

Tamarind chutney - 2 tbsp

Some finely chopped onion, tomato and cilantro

Chat masala - 1 tsp

Red chili powder - 1/4 tsp

Sev to garnish

Procedure

• Take samosas in a plate. Cut them into 2-3 pieces and pour chickpeas curry. Drizzle some yogurt. Now, Add tamarind chutney on it. You can add some green chutney as well. Sprinkle some chat masala and red chili powder. Then add chopped onion and tomato. Again, pour some tamarind chutney and sprinkle some chat masala. Finally, garnish with cilantro and sev.
