For making 8 muffins

Ingredients

1 cup semolina
3/4 cup yogurt
1/4 cup chopped carrots
1/4 cup frozen green peas
1/4 cup chopped spinach
3 green chilies - finely chopped
1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste
salt to taste
1/2 cup water
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp baking powder
shredded paneer / cottage cheese

Procedure
  • Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F and grease the muffin tray.
  • Take semolina in a mixing bowl. Add yogurt, carrots, green peas, spinach, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, black pepper, oil, and salt to taste. Add little water and mix well.
  • Finally add baking powder. Pour mixture in a muffin tray and sprinkle some grated paneer on top. Bake the muffins for about 20-25 minutes. Let them cool down. Serve with tomato ketchup or any chutney.
