Savory semolina cake

Ingredients:
1 cup semolina
1 cup yogurt
4 green chilies - finely chopped
half cup green peas
half cup carrots-finely chopped 
1/4 cup green beans
1 onion - finely chopped
1 tsp shredded ginger
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp lime juice
salt to taste


Procedure:
  • Heat up oil in pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and let them crackle. Add green chilies, shredded ginger and chopped onion. Saute onion till it becomes translucent.
  • Add green beans, chopped carrots and green peas. Add salt to taste and saute vegetables for about 3-4 minutes. Add semolina to it and saute for 2 minutes. 
  • Let mixture cool down little bit. Then add yogurt, baking powder, lime juice, chopped cilantro and mix well. Grease the cake pan and pour mixture in it. Sprinkle 1 tsp of sesame seeds on top. 
  • Preheat oven at 350 degree F and bake the cake for about 30 minutes. Serve with any chutney or ketchup.
